Boards in India: A million dollar fear company

You have A-levels, O-levels, SATs and GCSEs. Now, in India we have compulsory examinations for classes 10th and 12th called Boards. Let me rephrase this, these are THE BOARDS. Since class 6th, teachers start talking about it, how you have to give Boards, they start instilling fear in you. Now when you reach grade 9, the fear is faded, and you have all turned into shameless cocoons. 10th arrives, parents, teachers , relatives demand the best performance and expect you to come first among all the students taking the exams ( every kid born in  ‘06 , ‘07, ‘08 in the most populated country in the world ).

Tutors, reference books, YT lectures are in high demand. Skipping school to study is the  ✨student math✨. Ironically, everyone is damn scared but the uni students and people who have already given the exam say, “ohhh it’s super easy”. Well then why did you guys create the hype, duhh! Everything you have studied and learnt in the past 15 years will revealed in a matter of 20 days. Exaggeratedly, your life depends on it. It’s the year of stoppage of all things fun, well that didn’t happen for me butttt…

Bye.
